Group Date Night

A few weeks ago Ammon and I had the chance to go on a group date with Brett and Rachel and my mom and dad. Lance and Robin were out of town but dearly missed. My aunt and uncle watched the boys so we could be kid free for a few hours. We started out the evening at one of our favorite local resturants, Sangria, then headed out to mini golf by the airport. It was fun to get away for a "real" date. I consider a "real" date to be more than one activity, not just a movie OR dinner, it has to be a movie AND dinner.

Great dinner

Ammon wins at everything, so a little distraction never hurts

This course is harder than it looks

Dad spent the whole night teasing Mom, Mom spent the whole night cheating.

Brett has a thing for smelling things, whether it is the food he is eating, Kent and Cousin Cade, or pine trees on the golf course.

The whole gang

I love Ammon

That is so fun! The mini golf course is seriously way harder than it looks...and turns out not ideal for a 4 year old's birthday party. We really like Sangria, too!
